Trecy is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space for her clients to explore and integrate transformative experiences into their daily lives.

She has been a PMHNP for six years and has over 15 years of experience in healthcare, including prior roles as an RN in psychiatry, labor and delivery, and pediatrics.

Trecy is currently enrolled in an Integrative Fellowship with Psychiatry Redefined. She has done extensive study on deprescribing and has become a specialist in this area and has helped many people safely come off of their psychiatric medications.

Zack Lazar, PMHNP-BC, provides holistic, consciousness-informed care as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in an outpatient (non-crisis) setting. He feels he is an especially good fit for individuals committed to self-discovery, who are in a place of courage and willingness to do the work of healing. Additionally, he feels particularly well suited to serve individuals looking to integrate deep inner work (eg. medicine work, radical perspective shifts in therapy/group, deep meditation study, etc).

He tends to prescribe psychiatric drugs conservatively, and he does not push drugs. His focus is non-pharmaceutical elements of treatment.

If you currently take benzodiazepines (eg. Xanax, clonazepam) or "z-hypnotics" (eg. Ambien, Lunesta) daily, our work together will include reducing the availability of these drugs to "as needed.”

Accepting new patients in November 2026.
